Today, again used my almost brand new slow cooker. This time, it was chicken thighs, mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, walnuts, with some fresh cherry tomatoes added later on. One interesting thing that I had discovered was that potatoes take longer too cook in the slow cooker than chicken.
