Slow cooked beef pot roast

Living in Western Canada, I do most of shopping at Superstore and Costco. Ingredients of today's lunch also came from both of those places.

Usually, I buy a few this packages at Costco, when they are on sale.

Basmati rice, I've purchased from Superstore, also on sale.
