Beef Steak & Fries
Today's dinner was a very simple: Filet Mignon steak with some Julienne fries and sour pickle.

Salmon & Grilled Cheese Sandwich
My first sandwich of 2019 was a smoked salmon and capers, with melted Lithuanian cheese, on artisan ciabatta bread.
