"Ballpark" sandwich

It's a time for "Ballpark" sandwich again -- hot dogs are sold in packages, which eventually have to be consumed.
As always, I start from grilling my favorite "Jumbo Beef Wieners" from Costco.
Then, using Dijon mustard as a spread on 9-grain ciabatta buns.
Grilled hot dogs, go as a second layer,
which is topped by sauerkraut
banana peppers,
and some ketchup on top, as a finishing touch.
Here is a final result. Bon appétit! Hope to see you again. Also, would be very happy to receive your feedback or advice about my culinary creations.

Today's breakfast is a combination of garlic roast beef and roasted bell peppers.
Some smokehouse BBQ sauce and garlic roast beef on top of toasted 9-grain ciabatta bun, to start.
Then, added some sour pickles
and roasted bell peppers.
Here is a final result, garnished with balsamic reduction and basil.
Bon appétit! Hope to see you again. Also, would be very happy to receive your feedback or advice about my culinary creations.

"Ikura & Eggs" sandwich

Origins of today's sandwich, consisting of chicken eggs and fish eggs, is very hard to determine. It can be Japanese or Russian. Ikura is a name for salmon caviar in both languages. Also, eggs are the big part of both cuisines. On the other hand, tzatziki and ciabatta, have Europeo–Mediterranean origins.
My egg flowers -- one day, I will make them look perfect.
But, for now, I will settle with perfect taste.
As often, foundation of the sandwich is toasted 9-grain ciabatta buns with tzatziki spread.
Here is a final result. Bon appétit! Hope to see you again. Also, would be very happy to receive your feedback or advice about my culinary creations.

"Doctor's" sandwich

For some strange reason, bologna in Soviet Union was called "Doctor's sausage". It was made from meat byproducts, with occasional addition of toilet paper, to replace weight of stolen meat. It's possible, that continuous consumption of this "delicacy", would unavoidably lead to visiting a doctor, therefore the name "Doctor's sausage". I'm pretty confident, that my beef bologna is a better quality, than one that was made in the USSR.
As always, my sandwich was made on toasted 9-grain ciabatta bun, with horseradish Dijon as a base spread.
I've also used my favorite sour pickles, that taste similar to ones sold in motherland.
Topped everything with fresh tomatoes and a spicy horseradish mayo.
Here is a final result. Bon appétit! Hope to see you again. Also, would be very happy to receive your feedback or advice about my culinary creations.

"BrieLox" sandwich

As a patriot, decided to buy Canadian alder-smoked wild Sockeye Salmon. So, today's breakfast is 100% Canuck. Only thing missing is a maple syrup. Oh well, there's always a next time.
If someone wondering, I bought it at local Costco for approximately $15.
As always, on slightly overtoasted 9-grain ciabatta bun, I had used tzatziki spread(yogurt with cucumber, sea salt and garlic), instead of traditional cream cheese.
To which added Brie cheese
and cucumber.
Here is a final result. Bon appétit! Hope to see you again. Also, would be very happy to receive your feedback or advice about my culinary creations.

"Strawberry Lox" sandwich

Strawberry and garlic sounds like horrible combination, but the taste was more than acceptable.
The main ingredients for this sandwich: garlicamole (guacamole + garlic), salmon lox, Brie cheese, strawberries.
Of course, everything went on the toasted Ciabatta bun.
The mint leaf and balsamic reduction, was a crowning touch. Bon appétit! Hope to see you again. Also, would be very happy to receive your feedback or advice about my culinary creations.

"Garlicamole" sandwich

If you will add health benefits of eating garlic and avocado, you will end up with pretty substantial list. That's why I've come up with a new recipe -- "Garlicamole".
It's like Guacamole, except with a few minced cloves of garlic.
Today's "Garlicamole" sandwich, was made with roast beef, on a toasted Ciabatta bun,
and topped with some salsa. But, it can be made practically with anything.
Here is a final result. Bon appétit! Hope to see you again. Also, would be very happy to receive your feedback or advice about my culinary creations.

"Brinjal" sandwich

I don't wanna use word "eggplant" in my description, because Instagram or Tweeter will group my breakfast photos with some guy showing his junk. So, I will revert to many other names of this vegetable, like aubergine or brinjal.
I've started process, by grilling aubergine and bell peppers, with adding some garlic, a few minutes before finishing.
Then, placed grilled aubergine on toasted Ciabatta bun and covered them with sliced Brie cheese.
Afterwords, topped everything with grilled bell peppers, sprinkled with garlic and parsley.
Here is a final result. Bon appétit and hope to see you again!

With addition of eggs
and shredded cheese mix,
plus some Tzatziki .
Here is a final result. Bon appétit and hope to see you again!

"Avobacon" sandwich

The bacon in this sandwich came from a turkey pretending to be a pig. Fortunately, the taste did not suffered.
The smoke flavoured BBQ sauce, served as a foundation for this "Avobacon" sandwich,
Which was followed by faux bacon, avocado and red onions.
Then went tomatoes, topped with garlic mayo spread.
The is a top view of an open sandwich.
Bon appétit and hope to see you again!
