Roast Beef

After reading about negative effects of the processed meat products, I had stared making my own. The cost saving of doing so is about 20%, not counting the energy cost required for cooking.
Lately, for this purpose, I am using an automatic slow cooker, with temperature probe. Sorta, 'set it and forget it' deal.
