Welcome to Markusha's Diner

Half of my life I've spent eating in restaurants, but at some point it became boring and expensive. Now, I am doing about 90% of eating at home, saving money and enjoying creative process of cooking. Practically all my meals can be prepared in under 30 minutes (thank you Jamie Oliver for inspiration), which suits fine my, common in many men, short attention span. I hope, that my humble effort at blogging, will inspire someone to eat healthy and join my "restaurant at home" movement.

Look what I bought

For some strange reason, real Parmigiano Reggiano cost less in Canada, than it does in Italy. So, every time it is on sale, I buy some of that famous cheese.
