Caprese Sandwich
Today for breakfast made my version of the Caprese sandwich, with fresh mozzarella, cucumber and tomato, on toasted whole rye bread, with balsamic reduction.

Cold Borscht
Today for lunch made a traditional Lithuanian dish "šaltibarščiai", which translates as a cold borscht. It takes let than 10 minutes to make. Ingredients are kefir, grated cooked beets and fresh cucumber, scallions, boiled egg.
