Salmon Tartare Burger

Today's lunch sandwich was a grilled salmon burger with sour pickles and black olives, on toasted multigrain Ciabatta bun with tartar souse as a spread.

Matzah Tartare

My today's Passover lunch, was make using matzo, eggs, Tartare sauce and flame roasted sweet re peppers, sliced Pimento stuffed green olives, sliced Kalamata olives.

Look what I bought

One new item -- a Tartare sauce, sold by a British food discounter Tesco and one that I used many times before -- President's Choice flame roasted sweet red peppers.
