Mushrooms, Egg & Cheese Sandwich

Today's breakfast was sauteed mushrooms with egg, topped with Tex Mex shredded cheese blend of medium Cheddar, spicy Monterey Jack with jalapeno, and white Monterey Jack cheeses, on toasted multigrain Ciabatta bun.
