Minty Caprese Sandwich

Today's breakfast sandwich was a traditional Caprese with the twist, where tomatoes and fresh mozzarella were supplemented by some mint jelly. All the ingredients were served, in the middle of a slightly toasted multigrain ciabatta bun.
