Salad Markusha

Ingredients of today's version of my favorite salad where arugula, sorrel, raspberries, roasted pumpkin seeds, dressed with a blend of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and topped by shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
