AppleBeet Pasta Salad

It's hard to believe, but the recipe idea for this fancy dish, came from a box of Barilla Cut Macaroni. While pasta was cooking, I had sauteed apples and cooked beets in olive oil, with addition of balsamic vinegar at the end. Then, added cooked pasta in to the frying pan and let it adsorb all the flavors of saute. To finish the dish, sprinkled some Feta crumbs and garnished it all with curly parsley leaves.
Here is a final result. Bon appétit! Hope to see you again. Also, would be very happy to receive your feedback or advice about my culinary creations.

"Rosh Hashanah" sandwiches

Tonight is a Jewish New Year, so today's breakfast sandwich will reflect this. Apples with honey is a traditional food for this festivity. But, in my sandwich, apples and peaches came with homemade blackcurrant spread, as a substitute for honey. Also, it had oven roasted turkey breast and was served on toasted multigrain bread.
