Sunday chicken lunch
Today for lunch was a fried chicken with shredded carrots, green cabbage, red cabbage, Kale, Arugula, romaine lettuce, green onions, sun dried tomatoes, roasted pumpkin seeds, all dressed with Italian salad dressing.

"Chop Chop" lunch salad
Today's light lunch salad was made from shredded carrots, green cabbage, red cabbage, kale, romaine lettuce, green onions, tomatoes and roasted pumpkin seed, dressed with garlic mayo.

"Tzatzikimash"
I love mashed potatoes, but always feel uncomfortable adding a half pound of butter to it. So, my solution is to replace butter with yogurt based Tzatziki.
To this amount of mashed potatoes, I've added approximately 3 tablespoons pf dip.
