Today made some tortilla chips with tomatoes, Banana peppers, Jalapenos, plus a shredded blend of Cheddar, Mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheeses.

Color Nachos DeLuxe

Today for dinner made fancy nachos with yellow, blue and purple corn tortilla chips, tomatoes, tomatillos, jalapeno peepers, green and black sliced olives, red and yellow sweet bell peppers, shredded Cheddar, Mozzarella, Monterey Jack cheeses and jalapeno peppers blend.

"Kale Caesar" & Fried Chicken lunch

Today for lunch made grilled chicken drumsticks with "Kale Caesar" salad. I my taste buds opinion, Kale and Arugula taste better than Lettuce. Plus, I've substituted bread crumbs with corn Tortilla chips.
