Sunday Beef Steak

Today's rib-eye steak was served with colored mini potatoes and Brussels sprouts, dressed with blend of lemon juice and olive oil.

"Leftover" sandwich

The remains of my Sunday's steak became a foundation for my Tuesday's breakfast.

I've started from sauteing mushrooms, then added leftover potatoes and asparagus.

Bunched potatoes and mushroom in to sandwich sized piles and covered them with slices of Brie cheese.

To make sandwiches to look and taste even better, added sliced fresh tomatoes and parsley.

Sunday's Steak

As always, Sunday is a steak day at my house. This time it was a T-bone with grilled "Little Gems" mini potatoes and asparagus.
