Today's breakfast sandwich was an oven roasted turkey breast with plum sauce, cucumbers and tomatoes, on toasted multigrain bread.
Here is a final result. Bon appétit! Hope to see you again. Also, would be very happy to receive your feedback or advice about my culinary creations.

"MangoMelon" chicken sandwich
Today's breakfast sandwich would be considered as unusual in most parts of the world, but I like it nevertheless.
For the starters, I've spread plum sauce on 9-grain ciabatta bun.
Then, added extra lean smoked chicken,
followed by slightly salted watermelon.
Mango slices and a few raspberries, completed my creation.
Here is a final result. Bon appétit! Hope to see you again. Also, would be very happy to receive your feedback or advice about my culinary creations.
P.S. Squishing raspberries in a bun was an excellent idea. It gave an unbelievable amount of taste and flavours to the dish.

"Tropical Gold" sandwich
The idea for sandwich, got from a friend travelling in South America. Because mango grows around the globe, it's very hard to come up with geographical name for this culinary creation. But the colour of mango reminds me of gold, so I will call this one a "Tropical Gold" sandwich.
Here are the main ingredients

Originally, I was planing to use Robert Rothschild Farm's "Peach Mango Habanero" sauce, but could not find it in my fridge, and used this plum sauce.
