Tonight is a Jewish New Year, so today's breakfast sandwich will reflect this. Apples with honey is a traditional food for this festivity. But, in my sandwich, apples and peaches came with homemade blackcurrant spread, as a substitute for honey. Also, it had oven roasted turkey breast and was served on toasted multigrain bread.
Here is a final result. Bon appétit! Hope to see you again. Also, would be very happy to receive your feedback or advice about my culinary creations.

It starts with adding Dole Colourful coleslaw mix, consisting of red and green cabbage and carrots, to the boiling salted water. While it cooking, canned beets are sliced or grated, and added to the soup pot. After 5 minutes, a small can of tomato paste added to the mix and cooked for another a minute or two. "Middle Eastern Turkey" sandwich
Today's breakfast sandwich contains strong Middle Eastern motif, due to presence in it of Muhammara and roasted garlic Hummus blend. It also had oven roasted turkey breast, plus very popular in the region, tomatoes and cucumbers. Only thing that was missing is a pitta, instead of my usual multigrain bread.
