"Potatoes & Creamy Salmon" sandwiches

To paraphrase Marie Antoinette, if they don't have bread, let them eat potatoes. That exactly what happened to me, when I had forgotten to buy bread. I had used baked potato patties instead of bread, with cream cheese and canned sockeye salmon blend and pitted back olives.

"Blackened Tuna" sandwiches

Today, I had invented a new spread! It all started pretty boring, with canned tuna, cream cheese and hot sauce. But, then I had remembered about leftover black olive spread, made from pitted Kalamatas with red onions, olive oil and lemon juice. I had added it to the mix and came up with a "Blackened Tuna" spread, which served as a main ingredient of my breakfast sandwich.
