October 4th is a National Vodka day, but for me it felt like we have a Salmon day, today. Smoked salmon with Feta cheese sandwich for breakfast, salmon burger with fries and sour pickle for lunch.

"Creamy Avocado & Potato Mash"
I am not a big fun of traditional French style mashed potatoes, with a half of pound of butter in it, so I had created my own version. In my recipe along with 4-5 medium size potatoes, goes 2 small avocados and two table spoons of sour cream.

"Roastbeef" sandwiches
For today's breakfast sandwich, I had combined avocado, garlic and freshly minced tomatoes, with some lemon juice. Resulting spread went on toasted multigrain bread and were topped by roast beef and marinated green tomatoes.

"Potatoes & Brussels"
Today for lunch made potatoes with Brussels sprouts. Boiled colorful little potatoes for 20 minutes, after which added Brussels and continued cooking for another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, sauteed some garlic in the olive oil. Then, combined everything in the frying pan and added some lemon juice.

"Raspberry Cheesemelt" sandwiches
This breakfast sandwich was inspired by photo on Instagram. I have tried two versions of it. One with creamy Havarti and a second with Bocconcini. Havarti had won. Besides cheese and fresh raspberries, I had added a few Arugula and Dock leafs.

"Garlicacamole Beef & Egg" sandwiches
If you wondering, what is a Garlicacamole, it is a mashed avocado with substantial amount of garlic and some lemon juice, along with salt and spices. Today's breakfast sandwich was made on toasted multigrain bread with Garlicacamole spread, roast beef, eggs, sour pickles and tomatoes.
