"Avocado, Beef & Egg" sandwiches

Today's breakfast sandwich was a Montreal smoked meat, eggs, fresh red and marinated green tomatoes, on toasted multigrain bread with Guacamole spread. No, I don't work or represent tomato growers, but rather just love the solanaceous vegetable.
