This is a cow tongue, or more precise a bull tong. In some poor countries is considered to be a working class food, but in Canada it costs more than a last weeks boneless lamb leg. I will try to cook it, for the first time.
Also, got some salmon roe (salmon caviar, ikura) my upcoming "Japan" sandwich, that I ma plating to make.
Roasted seasoned seaweed (nori), will be also use in that sandwich.
Look, how pretty it is. Very good, addictive, low calorie snack.
