"Mango Salsa & Chicken" sandwiches

Today's breakfast sandwich was a smoked chicken with Mango Salsa, made from mangoes, pineapples, tomatillos, red bell peppers, cilantro, jalapeno peppers, onions, with vinegar, salt, agave syrup and lemon juice, on toasted multigrain bread.
