In the USSR, use to exist saying, that the best fish is a sausage. Why? Because sausage has no bones. At the time, I could not imagine, that you can buy a fish without bones. Yesterday, I've purchased some boneless fillets of herring, which called "selyodka" in Russian (rus. селёдка). It served as a main ingredient to my today's breakfast sandwich, along with red onions, dill and marinated green tomatoes. Everything was served on toasted multigrain bread with cream cheese spread.
Here is a final result. Bon appétit! Hope to see you again. Also, would be very happy to receive your feedback or advice about my culinary creations.
