Strawberry and garlic sounds like horrible combination, but the taste was more than acceptable.
The main ingredients for this sandwich: garlicamole (guacamole + garlic), salmon lox, Brie cheese, strawberries.
Of course, everything went on the toasted Ciabatta bun.
The mint leaf and balsamic reduction, was a crowning touch. Bon appétit! Hope to see you again. Also, would be very happy to receive your feedback or advice about my culinary creations.

"Tzatzikimash"
I love mashed potatoes, but always feel uncomfortable adding a half pound of butter to it. So, my solution is to replace butter with yogurt based Tzatziki.
To this amount of mashed potatoes, I've added approximately 3 tablespoons pf dip.
Here is a final result. Bon appétit! Hope to see you again. Also, would be very happy to receive your feedback or advice about my culinary creations.

"Garlicamole" sandwich
If you will add health benefits of eating garlic and avocado, you will end up with pretty substantial list. That's why I've come up with a new recipe -- "Garlicamole".
It's like Guacamole, except with a few minced cloves of garlic.
Today's "Garlicamole" sandwich, was made with roast beef, on a toasted Ciabatta bun,
and topped with some salsa. But, it can be made practically with anything.

"Brinjal" sandwich
I don't wanna use word "eggplant" in my description, because Instagram or Tweeter will group my breakfast photos with some guy showing his junk. So, I will revert to many other names of this vegetable, like aubergine or brinjal.
I've started process, by grilling aubergine and bell peppers, with adding some garlic, a few minutes before finishing.
Then, placed grilled aubergine on toasted Ciabatta bun and covered them with sliced Brie cheese.
Afterwords, topped everything with grilled bell peppers, sprinkled with garlic and parsley.
Here is a final result. Bon appétit and hope to see you again!

"Watermelon Feta" salad
Today, made a watermelon Feta salad with mint. It was my first taste of watermelon-mint combination, and I liked it very much.
The ingredients for this salad: watermelon, Feta cheese, red onion, pitted black Kalamata olives, mint leaves, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and other seasonings.
To make it even more interesting, I've added a just a bit of 7 superfood blend.
Here is a final result. Bon appétit and hope to see you again!

"Caviar" pasta
This dish was inspired by a Japanese "Tarako" pasta. Although, my recipe is more on the Canadian side.
Here are the ingredients: spaghettini, canned Sockeye salmon, roasted nori, salmon roe,
and garlic with olive oil, which was used to created a pasta sauce.
Here is a final result. Bon appétit and hope to see you again!
