"Feta Lox" sandwiches

Today's breakfast sandwich is a synergy of traditional Greek Feta cheese and traditional Jewish smoked salmon with cream cheese, onions, capers on toasted multigrain bread.
I am still trying to decide which salmon to choose Norwegian or Canadian
