"Селёдка под шубой" sandwiches

Today's breakfast sandwich is partially inspired by a popular Russian dish "Селёдка под шубой", which translated as "Herring under a Fur Coat", and which hate with passion. In the original recipe, in addition to beets, they use boiled eggs, potatoes, carrots, onions and whole bunch of mayonnaise. My ingredients where just boneless herring fillets, pickled beets and sour pickles, on toasted multigrain Ciabatta bun with cream cheese.
