For someone who didn't know caviar does not grow on the trees -- it's a fish eggs. Therefore, my today's breakfast sandwich was made with fish eggs and chicken eggs, with addition of cucumber and dill. As a spread, on my toasted multigrain bread, I've used a blend of yolks, from the hard boiled egg, and cream cheese. The remaining hollowed egg whites, were used as a serving trays for the salmon caviar.
