"Blackcurrant & Feta" sandwiches

Today's breakfast was made from frayed with sugar Blackcurrant, grown in my backyard garden, and Feta cheese. Originally, I was planning to add some fresh fruit, but on this rare day, I had none. So, I had sliced some real fruit snack, as a substitute.
