"Smokey Mushroom Omelette" sandwiches

Today's breakfast sandwich was a sauteed mushrooms with eggs and double smoked cheddar cheese, on toasted multigrain bread with Guacamole spread.
step one: sauteing mushrooms in olive oil
step two: adding eggs
step three: grading double smoked cheddar cheese
step four: placing omelette on toasted bread with guacamole
step five serving and eating
