Today's breakfast sandwich is a sequel to my original "Eggs & Eggs" sandwich. But, unlike usually happens with sequels of the movies, my sandwiches get better with each version. The next generation of "Eggs & Eggs" started with cream cheeses on toasted multigrain bread, followed by cucumbers and fried eggs, will all topped by salmon caviar and garnished with parsley.
