Chicken & Cauliflower

Today for lunch made grilled chicken thighs with oven roasted cauliflower chunks, that were preliminary tossed with extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, herbs and spices.

I am not only know how to make a Greek salad, but also a Greek sandwich, as I did for today's breakfast. The ingredients as follows: goat Feta cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes and black pitted olives, on toasted multigrain rye bread.
