"Avobacon" sandwich

The bacon in this sandwich came from a turkey pretending to be a pig. Fortunately, the taste did not suffered.
The smoke flavoured BBQ sauce, served as a foundation for this "Avobacon" sandwich,
Which was followed by faux bacon, avocado and red onions.
Then went tomatoes, topped with garlic mayo spread.
The is a top view of an open sandwich.
Bon appétit and hope to see you again!

"Super 8" salad

No, you will not get this salad at "Super 8" motel, rather it consist of 8 different superfoods.
I've used a Eat Smart's "Sweet kale" salad mix which included 7 "Superfoods": Kale, green cabbage, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, chicory, roasted pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries, plus poppyseed dressing, and added a cantaloupe to it.
To make it even better. I've topped it with President's Choice "Salad Topper", a finely shredded Parmesan, mild Cheddar and Swiss blend of cheeses.
Here is a final result. Bon appétit and hope to see you again!

"Leftover" sandwich

The remains of my Sunday's steak became a foundation for my Tuesday's breakfast.
I've started from sauteing mushrooms, then added leftover potatoes and asparagus.
Bunched potatoes and mushroom in to sandwich sized piles and covered them with slices of Brie cheese.
To make sandwiches to look and taste even better, added sliced fresh tomatoes and parsley.
Here is a final result. Bon appétit and hope to see you again!

Sunday's Steak

As always, Sunday is a steak day at my house. This time it was a T-bone with grilled "Little Gems" mini potatoes and asparagus.

Here is a final result. Bon appétit and hope to see you again!

"Turkey Bacon" sandwich

For those people, who don't eat pork, this sandwich would be as close as you can get to the actual bacon and eggs breakfast.
This horseradish mayo sandwich spread is hotter, than any horseradish I've tried so far in North America. It added a welcome bite to this sandwich.
On the top of the spread, I've placed the grilled turkey bacon, which has 85% less fat than the real pork bacon and has only 25 calories per slice.
Fake bacon was followed by a crispy fried egg and grilled red sweet peppers.
Some smoked BBQ sauce and parsley, complete this yummy sandwich.
Here is a final result.
Of course, my favorite apple juice, could not hurt, either. Bon appétit and hope to see you again!
