It's a time for "Ballpark" sandwich again -- hot dogs are sold in packages, which eventually have to be consumed.
As always, I start from grilling my favorite "Jumbo Beef Wieners" from Costco.
Then, using Dijon mustard as a spread on 9-grain ciabatta buns.
Grilled hot dogs, go as a second layer,
which is topped by sauerkraut
banana peppers,
and some ketchup on top, as a finishing touch.
