"Ciabatta & Lox" sandwiches

To my dismay, Costco changed their Ciabatta buns, from the big triangles to the small squares. Now, I need to figure out, what to do with bread for my sandwiches, continue to use new Ciabatta or find something else. I am seriously considering using Tortillas, especially, if I can find a corn version.
Today's breakfast sandwich is smoked salmon on Ciabatta bun with cream cheese and capers.
