"Orange & Blue" sandwiches
My today's breakfast sandwich is a hommage to my favorite hockey team, Edmonton Oilers and their team colours -- orange and blue.
The key ingredients for this creation, were Danish Blue cheese, Peach Mango Orange fruit spread and 9-grain Ciabatta bun, which all came from local Costco.
