Beef Stir Fry

Today for dinner stir fried thin sliced Canadian beef and served it with a salad made from tomatoes, cucumbers, black pitted olives, dressed with blend of lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil and garnished with few baby arugula leaves.

Avocado Parmigiano Sandwich

This morning, while making my breakfast sandwich, I was singing "pa pa pa pa parmigiano re re re re reggiano" , because it included finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, along with avocados and tomatoes, on toasted multigrain rye bread with mayo spread.

Look what I bought

For some strange reason, real Parmigiano Reggiano cost less in Canada, than it does in Italy. So, every time it is on sale, I buy some of that famous cheese.

One new item -- a Tartare sauce, sold by a British food discounter Tesco and one that I used many times before -- President's Choice flame roasted sweet red peppers.
