The bread is back!

My first bread in 8 days, in the form of "Marble" rye bread breakfast sandwich, with eggplant muhammara spread, turkey "bacon", eggs and California sun-dried tomatoes.
Here is a final result. Bon appétit! Hope to see you again. Also, would be very happy to receive your feedback or advice about my culinary creations.
