"GuacaMush" sandwich

Today, my almost Mexican breakfast sandwich, was a combination of sauteed mushrooms, to which later were added eggs, Tex-Mex shredded cheese mix and fresh tomatoes.
As usual, sandwich was based on 9-grain ciabatta bun, but his time with guacamole spread.
