"Cheesy Zucchini" sandwich

Either I was very hungry or my cheesy zucchini sandwich was really amazing.
First, I've grilled seasoned zucchini in olive oil.
 
Then, added Tex-Mex shredded cheese blend, made from Mozzarella, Cheddar, Monterey Jack with Jalapeno peppers.
At the end, placed a few slices of fresh tomatoes on the melting cheese.
As usual, used toasted 9-grain ciabatta buns for my breakfast sandwich.
