"Lime Tuna Melt" sandwich

Very simple, but very delicious breakfast sandwich, which started with addition of 2-3 spoons of lime juice to a can of tuna.
Then, tuna was seasoned and placed on the hot frying pan.
Tex-Mex shredded cheese blend (Mozzarella, Cheddar, Monterey Jack with Jalapeno peppers) and banana peppers, were placed on top of tuna.
After cheese melted, tuna melt was placed on toasted 9-grain ciabatta bun with cream cheese.
