"Cucumber Caprese" sandwiches

Today's breakfast sandwich was a traditional Caprese, with sliced fresh mozzarella and tomatoes, but with cucumber replacing basil. Plus, I had used a more viscous balsamic reduction, instead of regular balsamic.
