Radish, Cucumbers & Scallions

Today for lunch made a radish, cucumbers, scallions and tomatoes salad with sour cream as a dressing.

After approximately 200 sandwiches, it is getting really hard to come up with original ideas, so I am forced to recycle the old ones. Today's breakfast sandwich was a smoked salmon and pickled green tomatoes with red onions and parsley, on toasted multigrain bread with cream cheese.

"Eggs & Eggs 2" sandwiches

Today's breakfast sandwich is a sequel to my original "Eggs & Eggs" sandwich. But, unlike usually happens with sequels of the movies, my sandwiches get better with each version. The next generation of "Eggs & Eggs" started with cream cheeses on toasted multigrain bread, followed by cucumbers and fried eggs, will all topped by salmon caviar and garnished with parsley.

COSTCO had a special on oven roasted turkey breast and I can not pass a good deal.
Also, they had a rebate on wild Alaskan Cod with lemon and cracked pepper.
